Paying your rent on time is important. There are several ways you can make regular, on-time payments to Heritage Property Management…

Most tenants have access to the online portal where you sign your leases, make maintenance requests and pay rent through ACH/Credit Card.

If you do not have access to our online portal, you can make on time payments the follow ways:

1. Mail your payment to our office.

DO NOT make checks payable to Heritage. Check your lease or call the office to get the correct Pay To info. If your check is postmarked by the 1st of the month, it will not be considered late.

2. Drop your payment off at the office 24/7 through the slot in the door.

3. Set-up a monthly direct withdrawal through your online/electronic banking tools available through your bank or credit union.

4. Bring in a set of post-dated checks, dated for the first of each month. We will hold them and deposit the appropriate check on the first of each month.
